En la extensa Argentina hay numerosos yacimientos de petróleo, muy distantes unos de otros y con poca comunicación entre ellos. Pero tenían algo en común: “PROBLEMAS”.
Y al estar incomunicados, cada yacimiento buscaba sus propias soluciones a pesar de que otro yacimiento ya haya pasado por eso mismo.
Por lo que se le propuso a YPF crear “El gran Yacimiento de Ideas y Soluciones”, donde cualquier empleado podría consultar si existe alguna solución sobre determinado problema y si no la hay, dejar el problema abierto para que algún otro empleado pueda opinar sobre una posible solución. Para incentivar a los empleados se premiaba por participación y por cada solución aportada.
